To Return a product, please follow these steps:

 

• Make sure that your purchased item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift Cards are exempt from being returned.

• In the body of the message, please reference the item description, and order number. Our Customer Service department will then provide you with an RMA (Returned Materials Authorization) number and instructions to proceed with the return of the item. All returns must have an approved RMA number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
• To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
• Failing to follow our return policy will exempt you to return your purchased product
